Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the apparel in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure the item remains in pristine condition.

  Shipment Collection

  We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address, or you can ship the package to our warehouse via a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
